When the People Who Help Others

Are Burning Out

Mental health professionals spend their careers helping others navigate stress, uncertainty, loss, trauma, and change.

But what happens when the clinician is the one running out of emotional resources?

Burnout can affect our energy, effectiveness, relationships, professional satisfaction—and our ability to remain fully present with the people we serve.

This intensive goes beyond simply telling clinicians to practice more “self-care.”

ACT for Burnout provides a clinically grounded framework for understanding burnout and responding to it differently.

Two Days. 13 CE Hours.

Practical Skills You Can Use.

An interactive professional intensive designed to translate ACT principles into practical strategies

clinicians can use personally and professionally.
